Please use our e consult service on this website- this allows you to type information that a GP see's within hours and they can respond to you directly.
Prescriptions can be ordered over the phone to minimise foot fall into the practice. If you have online access you can order online and your medication will go straight to your pharmacy.

Partners in Care
Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
At the front of the building we have designated disabled parking spaces. The main entrance is easily accessible for disabled patients and there are special toilet facilities available.
NHS England require that the net earnings of doctors engaged in the practice is published and the required disclosure is shown below. However, it should be noted that the prescribed method of calculating earnings is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time doctors spend working in the practice and should not be used for any judgement about GP earnings, nor to make any comparisons with other practices. The average earnings for GPs working in the Concord Medical Practice in the last financial year (2018/19) was £112,657 before taxation and national insurance. This is for 3 full time GPs who worked in the practice for more than 6 months.
